When I needed a home mortgage, I applied with 5 different lenders so I could compare and make sure I was getting the best deal possible. Terry stood out from the beginning by being honest and straightforward through every step of the process. He was very patient and helpful as we spoke on numerous occasions while I was making up my mind and comparing the different offers. He explained everything I had questions about. I truly felt his main priority was that my wife and I got the best mortgage for us, not whether he ended up getting the business. After I selected Bell Bank one glitch came up late in the underwriting phase. I spoke with Terry about that late one evening and by noon the next day he had it all cleared up.
