Monica is a very very hard-working, intelligent, and knowledgeable realtor. I feel like she enjoys a "TED talk celebrity status" within the real estate circles :) She has a wealth of knowledge not only in real estate in Orange county/Irvine area, but also about the housing market in general. I worked with Monica at the start of the pandemic when nobody knew how the market was going to react. In such moments of gloom and doom and confusion, Monica would have the latest, broadest and most accurate information on how the market was going to perform..... And she was right! Lastly, she has a nice crew that supports her, and it really makes the process very easy. Monica Carr team is a professional RealEstate experience. We have bought and sold with their help. They are definitely a more proactive team to help optimize your experience. The more feedback you provide them the more they are able to customize your experience so if you want to make sure you are satisfied with your home sale or purchase, which I think anyone would want in the larges sale or purchase of their lives, then be prepared with what you want to request and questions to ask. Monicas team will do their best to deliver. Overall we came out on top in a tough housing market and found what could be our forever home.

Monica is a really good agent. Her success is based on her team effort. She is a professional and gives you great advice. Her team stages the house very well and we were able to sell even when the market was slow during early pandemic. I also like her approach by giving you an option to pick your price if you feel strongly about it. We did sell above her price estimate but I like the fact that she gave us all the facts to work with and then we priced it accordingly. Her office staff is amazing too and works fast with a very professional work ethic.

I cannot be happier with this group of Real Estate professionals. They are very knowledgeable with local area dos and dont requirements for selling or buying your home. Their process expertise was spot on and each step went very smooth. Questions were answered in a timely manner, with quick and professional answers. Provided clear and thorough responses.
