        Meh it ok. Pricey boba drink, regular flavor and kind of too sweet despite being able to lower the sugar amount. Fast service and close proximity to work if ever needed boba.

      • First we ordered and waited for a long time, then ordered two drinks and gave me a straw! When I asked for a second straw, I saw the attitude of the service staff, which was so impatient and discriminatory!

      Ralph, thank you for giving us a try! I’m surprised to find that the panda pearl milk tea was too sweet for you. In general we use less sugar and a much healthier sugar (pure sugar cane) from other tea shop. Please note we are always happy to adjust your drink to make it perfect. I hope you will give us another try!

      I am sorry to hear that you did not have the best experience. Please note that our business is unpredictable and sometimes there are extremely busy times. Each team member works hard to make every cup of drink from scratch and based on each customer’s preference. I hope you will give us another chance. I apologize if the look given by our team member was not pleasing, as they are young and still learning. I will definitely address this with my team. Thank you.
