The only good reviews about this store are done by the staff themselves. Worst customer service to date. Walking to a store where the lowest price for anything starts at 90$, you'd expect nothing but great service! Come to my surprise to the worst experience of my life. Came in and asked a simple question for a white dress shirt. The employee greeted me with a frown, and guided me to my way. After picking up the right color he made me wear the shirt on top of my already clothing, I was surprised a dress shirt slim fit shouldn't be worn like that, what a professional indeed! I asked him if I can try the shirt out in the dressing room, he said okay... Next thing I know he left me behind to help someone else with a bigger purchase! Completely ignored me and left behind bare in mind I almost bought the shirt at 125 dollars... Never going there again horrible experience , rude and lazy staff! Over priced ugly bland clothing! I pray to god they go under new management!

DO NOT TRUST THEM IF YOUR GETTING MARRIED, NOT WORTH IT OR YOU'LL BE LEFT WITH A LAST MINUTE SUIT AND WILL NOT GET CALLED WHEN A CUSTOM SUIT COMES IN. ALL PANTS DO NOT COME ALTERED SO THEY CAN UP CHARGE YOU AFTER.

The tailoring service is not very good. The suits are also sub-par. But for the price I suppose its what you pay for. They often have sales that drop their 'premium' suits down to $100-$200 range, which should be where they're at. Ignore any numbers that are over $400.
