Isnt it magical all their recent 5 star reviews are from people who just signed up for google? And their only review is of Sierra Bio Lab? Could This place is literally an office setup, not really a lab. They are trying to capitalize on the COVID-19 travel testing requirements. The price is inflated, they only care about your money. After receiving the results and certificate, they forgot to put the testing date. I called back and they updated, but then made a mistake on my birthday. Update: This place releases your personal information for the world to see if you leave them a bad review. Not trying to judge, but seems like they got that K Rage attitude. Imagine if some people are in a rush and try to leave for their trip, then get denied boarding because of this labs poor service and inflated testing costs. Note: Dont mind them leaving fake reviews for themselves to inflate their ratings.
