I received a bill 3 months after I had the service from my Dr and when I tried to make a payment online their website was down. I called their customer support and she initially said it was down because of the weekend so when I clarified that it would be back up on Monday, she said she couldnt give a definite answer of when it would be back up.
A week later I tried paying online (during the week) and it threw a different error message: Verify User Error:index was outside the bounds of the array.
This is a janky website and I do not trust to put my credit card information on it nor the company since they cant resolve their issues in a week.

Absolutely the WORST company for lab work! 9 months since I had a simply blood draw completed and they have submitted the billing no less that 12 times to my insurance company. My insurance has stated how much I need to pay and they refuse to take any payment. They have no idea what they are doing! Complete Incompetence!!
