My experience at the Irvine showroom was simply fantastic. From the moment I walked in Dal introduced himself and asked how he could help me in my search. He has a very calm and personable demeanor which helped me feel at ease since I truly wasnt sure what to choose. We tried out several different options and he was patient as I asked lots of questions. I finally decided on the EOS line, as it gave me a mixture of the pillow top feel Im used to along with a firmness that I like for my back. He even took extra time to make sure I had a proper pillow since I mentioned how my neck had been bothering me. The presidents day sale allowed me to stock up on all the extra items I wanted which included a waterproof protector, pillow protector and a new foundation and frame. I will definitely be back to this location for the amazing attention to customer needs. Thank you Dal for all your help!

We were greeted by Carlos at the local Naturepedic store. He was friendly and answered all our questions. We were looking to buy a mattress for our toddler and I knew a little bit about which mattress we wanted before we had gone into the store. I had some questions about the mattress, picking up old mattress, etc and Carlos helped answer any questions we had. Great experience!
