After doing considerable research, I made an appointment with Sean C. and visited the Purple store at the Spectrum last week. What a great experience. I was impressed with the time and courtesy he provided answering my questions and concerns. Sean C. was very helpful and went above and beyond in assisting with the final selection. Customer service is a top priority, especially when choosing a mattress. Delivery and set up (including a foundation) was handled efficiently by Jerry and Ibraham and with the 100 night risk-free home trial, I am on my way to getting restorative, quality sleep.

What a DREAM experience! Huge shoutouts to Jean, he is an absolute GENTLEMAN! My wife and I were on the hunt for some new mattresses. We walked in and were immediately greeted by Jean. He was extremely knowledgeable about all the products, and was able to help us narrow down exactly what we wanted. Tried out all the mattresses, took a quick nap, and decided to lock in with the purchase the next day. Free shipping and Presidents Day discount was the icing on the cake! Thank you Jean and crew, yall made the experience super smooth and easy! My wife and I cant wait to get some REAL sleep! Would definitely recommend anyone looking for a mattress or pillow to stop by and try it out for yourself!
