Asked for a pay off weeks ago only to get slow played. Run from this company and do yourself a favor.

Stay as far away from this mortgage company as you can They dont/wont help you in any way and youll spend hrs on the phone just trying to rectify anything! I had the misfortune of being sold to them in the middle of a big insurance loss and its been a nightmare Theyre holding my insurance money hostage and I cant repair my home I have also now discovered they paid my taxes twice. NY Taxes so were not talking about couple of hundred $ either. I finally threatened to sue them, and pull all the $ out of the account that they were pulling the mortgage out of if they didnt release me $ to start fixing my home before I lost my contractor! Then and only then did they finally send a small portion, enough to start the repairs on a 1/4 million $ claim. Best part? They sold my mortgage promptly after doing so which was nothing but a blessing! The new mortgage company sent me more $ within 5 weeks! 5 weeks! Unbelievable. All I can tell anyone is if you get sold to this company? Refinance a fast as you can THEY S&CK!

Just changed over to this and have an emergency need taken care of. But they have their phone service set up to not allow a live representative to speak to! Bad customer service, one week and I dislike

They took over servicing of my loan from Wells Fargo. They have to be the most incompetent financing agency ever. Wherever their call center representatives are answer from, they are difficult to understand and could not solve an issue to save their lives. I am very sick of having to call every 2 weeks because they keep sending my payments to undeposited funds instead of applying to the balance due.

Rushmore is a company that services loans. Unfortunately, they are only interested in rushing you into foreclosure, and DO NOT help you as you get caught up, go through modification or other processes. This company basically gives up on you and assumes you will be foreclosed upon, and rushes your house to auction. This company refused to return my calls. They did not respond when I asked to be escalated to a manager. They continue to send out foreclosure notices even when you are paying on time. Their customer service is horrible. They are completely "over the phone" and do not allow email communications. They keep you on hold until the cows come home. Stay away if possible.
