        Emailed them a few nights ago to return my jacket. They rejected it, even tho they said its a 30 day money back from the day it was delivered. Im waiting for an email back from them, and will edit my review with any updates with how to company handles my situation.

        Not open to the public. It's a warehouse for fulfilling online orders. I just wasted an hour trying to find The guy and found his cubicle... He was nowhere to be found.

        I ordered a leather duvet jacket and received it 10 days later by UPS. I wrote to the customer service requesting an ETA and got a quick response and a follow-up. I just received the jacket, it fits, looks and feels amazing. The entire process was a success. I am quite impressed. I never dealt with them but will surely recommend them to my family and friends. I am from Montreal.
