I honestly cannot tell you enough what an excellent Fast Fix team this is at 15333 Culver, Unit 900B close to Armstrong Nursery in Irvine. Homeira recognizes me with a huge smile whenever I walk in. Their goal is to take care of any challenge you have, and stand behind their work 100%. Having taken in several watches for batteries in the past, Homeira suggested purchasing a lifetime free battery replacement option on each, which I now have on several timepieces. Also, they do excellent repair work on broken chains, claw clasps and custom reworking of existing rings. I had a center stone replaced with a turquoise cabochon and it is now stunning. The entire team truly works fast to fulfill your requests, usually the same day even with several items. Fast Fix also carries unique jewelry pieces which are irresistable. I have walked in with a small need several times, and purchased at least two custom gold necklaces as well. This Fast Fix is honest, very reliable, safe, and demonstrates genuine care for their clients. They bent over backwards to help me on several occasions, and I recommend them highly to my friends. I took my watch to replace a dead battery in November 2021. They replaced the battery. After the battery was replace the watch was still not working properly (intermittently). I took my watch after a week in December 2021 to the shop and ask them to either replace the battery or investigate the issue. Originally I paid over $20 for a battery replacement. I noticed that the management was reluctant to replace and in return they tried to lecture me that there must be something wrong with the watch movement (gears and moving part). I insisted and the technician took the watch from me and worked on it a bit and claimed that she replaced the battery etc. Came home and noticed that watch was not working again. I was very disappointed, but didnt want to go back to the shop since the first time they didnt treat me well. Opened the back of the watch and noticed that the battery was not properly in its place and also noticed that they even didnt replaced my battery. The reason is that first time the technician wrote with a red sharpie on the battery 11/21, meaning they replaced the battery on November 2021. The second time I went to that shop was in December 2021. Take away from this argument is that not only they didnt replace the battery the second time and they lied to my face about doing it, but also the part that holds the battery in place was broken by technician. That is why the battery was kept popping out and consequently the watch was working intermittently. Even worst than that is second time in December the technician opened up the watch and closed it without doing anything and claimed that she fixed the battery. This is not professional. I will not use their services any more.
