        I took my Oakley watch in for a simple battery replacement. The next day the watch stopped working and something started to rattle around inside the watch. I took it back and explained the situation. They refused to remedy the situation. They said I would have to pay to repair it, and that they were not the cause of the issue. Either they are inept, or dishonest, or both. Either way, they've lost yet another customer. I will never go back there.

        We had to cut a ring from my wife's finger. He took care of it. Was very careful with the process. Very friendly. Did not charge. Thank you!!
