        These people will rip you off. They raise my rates by three times the amount without notifying me and then attempted to renew without authorization. After I told him no I was not interested in renewing without knowing why my insurance was going up they still proceeded to take money out of my bank account. These people are crooks avoid them.

      I’m sorry that you were charged for an automatic renewal of your policy when you wanted to cancel, I understand that must be frustrating. Next insurance, the market that your general liability was purchased through, automatically renews all their policies as listed on the contract that you signed. PBIB did not charge you nor did they collect a broker fee on your account for your automatic renewal, we brokered your initial contract. Next also increased their rates which is out of our control. To make this right we can ask Next to cancel your policy and give you a full refund.
