        1.0 star rating I was recommended to this awful company. I had heard great things about it so I decided to give it try. I was recommended to call Erika Gonzalez and let me say WORST agent I have ever dealt with. Such a disappointment, she had the worst attitude and horrible pronunciation, I couldn't understand what she was trying to say and what made it worse is that she had an attitude whenever I would ask her to repeat herself again. This company really needs to train their staff better and maybe give them a raise so they can at least sound some what happy when they answer the phone. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!!

        A representative there was so unprofessional she could not stop flirting with my husband right in front of my face! Great company overall but they really need to hire more professional personnel. If you come here make sure you stay away from Erika Gonzalez, she is not professional at all. Thanks to her this company will not have my business.
