Braden Palmer: Allstate Insurance

One of the worst insurance companies around, extremely negligent when it's comes to explaining policies which I have unfortunately learned the hard way. Hopefully this review will save someone else from going thru what I'm now dealing with save yourself the stress headache and frustration and use a company that actually cares enough to thoroughly explains your coverage...

I was hit by a person end of May and there has been nothing but delays and miscommunication from being told to knock on the persons door to get his fone number, to look for cameras in the area and get the video if there are any these are all the things that my insurance should be doing I even told the few people I did talk to with all state the same thing. Here it is 5 months later and I honestly feel that I have not been represented properly by my insurance company.

Have had Allstate auto insurance with this office since 1976 and have been totally satisfied overall. Great, attentive staff there who are always able to answer questions and fulfill whatever requests I may have in a timely manner. Never had a reason in all these years to consider switching.

Being one of many Braden Palmer's Allstate Insurance customer for 35 years, I'm happy to say that there is nothing short of satisfactions about how the agency answered all my needs from roadside problems to filing a claim with prompt service. Way to go Brad!
