    The room is a little tight, but I did like the kitchenette. The breakfast downstairs is really good. Coffee is great, too. Staff was very friendly and accommodating during our stay.

    This hotel is in a business park, is currently 20% occupied or less. I have a 5am meeting tomorrow so of course the front desk check a family with a 2 year old child into the room next door at 10:30pn at night. I can hear ever word they say including the child knocking on our shared door asking whats this for. Called the front desk, ask what the occupancy was, explained the situation. They initially wanted to just call the room and have me stay in this room while the remaining 80% of this hotel is unoccupied. Genuinely stupid. Ill never come back.

    Stayed here for work and it was a bad experience. My fridge was broken and it took 7 days before I got switched to a different room. They fixed it once (took 3 days for this to happen) so I tried putting food in it and the fridge broke again sometime between day 4-5. On day 6 after the second set of groceries went bad, I requested a new room. They said they were fully booked and couldn't move me until the next day. When I came back the next day (7) they told me I'd have to wait another day and it was clear no one had recorded my request from the previous day. At this point I started crying because I had gotten my hopes up and I just felt defeated. This is the only reason they switched me. It shouldn't have to get to that point. No individual employee was rude to me but it felt like the communication and organization between the staff was really poor. I kept catching the front desk just after the cleaning staff and engineer had left. From what I gathered nothing could be done unless the cleaning staff and engineer were on the clock. After all of this I wasn't offered a discount or reimbursement for the multiple trips worth of grocery items that went bad. It doesn't really matter because work was paying for the room but just on principle it felt wrong to be charged full price for that week. It also feels bad because the groceries were my own money wasted. I purposely chose this place because I had to work long days where I couldn't leave for lunch so I needed to pack one. I would have been better off staying somewhere cheaper with a functional mini fridge. Walkability: Terrible but that's just the area in general
