Atrium Hotel

Beautiful hotel.

This is not a hotel, its Motel. As soon as we checked in, we saw the cockroach on the wall and decided to leave to different hotel, front desk refused to refund and saying they will send someone to clean. Who the hell wants to sleep where cockroach was found. Dont go here. Pictures are fake and photoshoped. Dirty place

As soon as we checked in, we saw the cockroach and asked for refund but rude front desk denied. Sent someone to remove cockroach. Dont stay here. This is a motel, not hotel Rooms: Dirty room

great hotel for the short one night stay I had. Super convenient location for being by the airport. Great place and stay overall!

Honestly the worst hotel stay I've had. It's basically a motel. Do not stay here. We booked from Expedia and there were no images of the shower and now we know why. The shower was tiny, straight across from the toilet (so small that you can't leave the door open when showering because it would block your way to the toilet). There was a cockroach in our bathroom early in the morning. Shower head didn't work (half of the water was coming out from the tub and Half of the water coming out of the shower head).Tub was clogged so you'd have to stand in knee-high dirty water while trying to clean yourself. Front Desk refused to refund even when you offered to check out early. My experience seems to be very similar to other reviews on Expedia. Same apologies from management and obviously nothings changed.
