We recently needed additional care for my mother-in-law who has dementia and lives in an assisted living facility. Upon release from a hospitalization she needed one-on-one care during the day for a period of time. We live out of state so we called Care America and they were so responsive and helpful! They scheduled a caregiver to start the very next day. The caregivers were wonderful and professional. My mother-in-law loved them. It gave us great peace of mind knowing that she was getting the care and support that she needed. Rina and her entire staff should be commended for their caring and professional attitude and service. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend them if the need arises.
