Seniors Helping Seniors

My father is 93 and well cared for by Seniors helping Seniors. Weve really enjoyed getting to know the staff and caregivers. Rachel is his regular caregiver and he adores her. She is kind, resourceful and good at gently pushing my dad to exercise. Weve also had Karin care for dad and she too gets my dad to move which is important. Both women engage in conversation and keep my dads mind active. Another amazing person is Mary Anne, the nurse who visits periodically to check on my dads health. Lovely caring person who has meaningful conversations and provides advice which my parents so appreciate. We as re lucky to have found a service with warm hearted people who value their client and provide support to our mom.

Timeliness, compassion, and commitment to excellence have been our experience with every single person in this company. I feel so confident having my loved one cared for as I would care for him myself. Sometimes we need a lot of help. Sometimes we need a little help. I am very happy to use " seniors helping seniors " services. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for someone caring, efficient, polite, to take care of your loved one. My husband's caregiver -Dulce- is great, we adore her. I can run my errands and know that my husband is been well taking care of. I love this company because they can work around your schedule and the staff : Tricia , and Christie are always available for you. It is been a relieved for me to have Dulce helping me with my husband. Even Roscoe ( our therapy dog) adores her.

LOVED the customer service! I had an emergency with a mother that fell, unexpected to say the least. Although broken bones were not in the mix, an in-home 24/7 monitoring was suggested by the Dr. to bring her through the ordeal. After a few calls to various agencies only one - Seniors Helping Seniors - QUICKLY supported my moms needs! Mary is a rock-star!!! The home care personnel were wonderful providing not only great support, but also insight into considerations we overlooked. Go Zee!! My highest recommendation for use of this service!
