More than that, they took care of all the permits and paperwork. SOD Home Group, has done a wonder job in a recent remodel of my home. Normally when you hire contractors, you can expect tons of back and forth and headaches. I did not experience any of that with SOD Home Group they were courteous, professional and on time. They said exactly what they said that they were going to do. They worked transparently, always answered to my questions and concerns while walked me through the process of what to expect. In a nutshell, they were amazing to work with! We highly recommend SOD Home Group to anyone who is interesting in any remodeling project at his house and I write this because our experience with them in our kitchen remodeling project was very good. We wanted to remodel the old kitchen by installing new cabinets including marble counter tops with island and Oren could come up with a design that included several solutions to the old kitchen which all of them could be included in my budget. Oren could also answer all our questions and concerns in order to maximize our kitchen based on our needs and requirements. The new kitchen that they did is exquisite, and we have no objections. Starting from the initial meeting regarding the remodeling of our house all the way to the completion of the project, Oren at SOD Home Group was perfect at communication, expertise and timing. Oren was very personable and great at providing solutions to problems and issues. The in-house designer was extremely resourceful each time we had any concern, she was right there to provide the right answer for our questions. Oren emailed us daily to let us know what is scheduled for the next day and what is going to be finished. The workers took care of our home as their own and left our house each day after cleaning the work spaces. We are very happy that we hired Oren and SOD Home Group for our amazing remodeling project that was finished on time and within our budget. I hired SOD Home Group to build a 600 sq. ft. addition over the garage and to do a complete remodeling of the house, which includes the bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen, and living room. The work that they did made us so happy and thats because of the quality of work and the perfection of all the details including the overall involvement in working with them. Oren, who was the general contractor and the owner of the company, left a great impression on us from the first meeting that we had and one of the main things that we loved was that he is a good problem solver with so many ideas that separate him from all the other ones we met. During the actual work, he visited the house often to supervise the work and how its being done. When it comes to the overall price, Oren and his manager were very honest and mainly reasonable, with no hidden charges. This type of scale project scared us at first but at the end, it become very easy by their overall professionalism and attention to detail. We would recommend them to anyone who is searching for a contractor and would happily use them again if I was ever in need of similar services. Service: Remodeling
