        OH HELL NO! never again! ordered at 8:30 am for a 1 hour delivery was never delivery but they sure took my money!

        Purchased a small for $50.00 and received what seems to be a petite. The fruit was poor quality as well . I called the store and sent two emails so far with photos and have not received any responses. I was completely embarrassed by this product when it was delivered to a fellow employee for their Birthday . I will no longer be purchasing any edible arrangements .

        STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE THEY CANT GET AN ORDER CORRECT. THEY TOTALLY SCREWED UP THE VALENTINES ODER I PLACED ONLY HALF OF THE ITEMS WERE DELIVERED! THANKS EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS FOR MAKING THIS VALENTINES DAY A MEMORABLE ONE

        Placed an order for valentines day sadly the driver mistakenly gave my significant other something completely different. I contacted the store, and they assured me a refund for what had happened. A few days later, the store manager or owner had personally contacted me, arranged another arrangement for her, and gave me a refund. We all make mistakes, just glad that the customer service was there to help out. We will continue to arrange with them for future projects.

        I ordered a dozen of chocolate covered strawberries on Valentine's day. However, I received half apples and half strawberries. I submitted two tickets regarding this issue and received no replies after two weeks. disappointment :(
