Sal and team were able to coordinate holiday gifts for our corporate team, which turned out great! From the first time I reached out, Sal was so efficient and responsive. The gifts turned out wonderful, the presentation was awesome and everyone enjoyed them. We even ended up doing sleeves with our company logo, which turned out great as well and was a nice added touch. If you are looking for a thoughtful and unique gift for either your loved ones or on a corporate level, you should absolutely reach out to Sal and his team!

Have tried in every imaginable way to contact bouquet bar (phone, email, Facebook message, Instagram DM, contact us page via their website) regarding a $159 order that was never delivered two weeks ago. No one has responded. Never using them again & I guess now filing with our credit card company that I was charged for services not rendered???

Had d unfortunate experience of buying into d media sensation of them being featured on Shark Tank , to end up ordering way in advance and to have nothing delivered for Valentine’s Day.
Initially chatted with the Customer Svc rep at 10pm on 2/13 on their website. She just went, based on the tracking, we tried delivery but no one was there (2/13), so we will try tomorrow. My contact number was there. Y didn’t anyone call if they were indeed outside my place?? Told her d reason y I scheduled for delivery on 2/13 but apparently, that’s none of her concern as she has a mighty “tracking system”. Fyi, I hv a video cam and checked. Nobody came by and tracking records r manually input, so go figure!
Eventually told her, it’s ok, just do not bother delivering, return back to sender, and issue a refund. Her reply :
“All sales are final n they do NOT accept returns or issue refunds!” [I kept d transcript of our chat cos I couldn’t believe d audacity of giving such a reply!]
Anyways, CS asked for all my contact, someone will be in touch. Mrng came, and I started to receive emails & text on delivery update on 2/14, giving a time which I will not be home. Called the shipping company n she went, “so can they just leave it outside yr door?”
Question : if that was d case, n if they were indeed at my place yesterday, y didn’t they just do that on 2/13?? She said d remark said “unsafe to leave outside d door” n then she had no clue what kind of hse/apt it was. If they were at my place, Y didn’t d delivery person know that??
She gave me another alternative. Go pick it up at their Ofc! After giving me the address, she added, u can only do that tomorrow. Enough of this BS.
Just then Bouquet Bar wrote to apologize and said they hv no control over their 3rd party shipping company. Sigh.. honestly, I do not care. Please do not make your problem, mine! Promptly they issued me a refund.
Bouquet Bar seems like such a promising option for gifts with a pretty website. Unfortunately, worst delivery experience ever and will never trust BB to deliver for an important occasion anymore.
Lesson learnt.

I have ordered from Bouquet Bar 2x now, not only is the product A+ but so is their customer service. With their live chat and prompt email reply they have been a pleasure to do business with. Great product, Great customer service will go a long way for me. If you’ve been thinking of getting that special someone a nice gift different than the usual roses/flowers this makes the perfect gift as you can go with one of their already designed boxes or design your own. Keep up the great work Bouquet Bar.

I ordered a box for my wife for Valentine’s Day while I was out of town and they did not deliver it. When I asked they simply issued a refund without as much as an apology. When I pushed, customer service lied and tried to blame Fedex. However, the tracking information showed that nothing happened after the label was created. There was no offer to make it right either such as sending the package overnight they simply refunded my money, lied, and then back tracked into an insincere apology. Still no explanation for the box not arriving at my house as they promised when I purchased it. Simply stated, a horrible experience.
