We are extremely happy with both the results of the loft addition as well as the professionalism of the entire team. The crew worked very well together and the project lead Luis was very responsive to our requests. They did an excellent job of protecting existing flooring and stairs. The Loft Crafters constructed a loft enclosure bedroom with bath. The quality of the work is beautiful, it looks like the addition was always there. I was also incredibly impressed with care that was taken with our home. They were careful, respectful and did a very detailed job each shift of cleaning up. I can not recommend them enough.

They just added a loft above my living room and were right on time and budget. I definitely recommend them.

I do not write many reviews unless they are bad ones, but in this case it is a must! I am a project manager for commercial construction so I know my way around in the industry. That being said, I am only 2 days into construction with TLC, and they are the most well oiled, most professional contractors I have dealt with so far. Everything from the quoting of the loft, to all communication regarding work has been nothing but impeccable. These guys have been amazing from the start! I have received daily updates via email and in person and what to expect during the process each and everyday thus far! If I would have one gripe, it is that their specialty is lofts, as I would have them remodel my entire house! These guys are the real deal, and I would look no further than these guys. Thank you TLC for making this as easy as construction can be! I will update as the process continues to unfold

The most expectation-exceeding completion of a project I have ever witnessed... and luckily I got to be the homeowner on this one! These guys have several crews and specialized craftsmen that come through your home over a very precisely scheduled timeline of 3 weeks or 15 business days... and boy do they clean up every single day. Best money I have ever spent hands down and I truly believe that I made my dad proud, as he recently passed away and left me his beautiful townhome. With mostly the help of TLC, I was able to become the first 4 bedroom in the entire community here infront of Bear Brand... the value of my home increased by more than twice the amount that TLC charged me for the entire project... AMAZING!! Hats off to you TLC... you guys rock and are true professionals! Sincerely grateful and thanks again, Chris
