We needed a statement piece, and we ended up with three. After beginning our remodel, we realized our existing furniture did not fit into the design of our new home. We were searching for something that could carry a room. When we walked into Archeia we discovered options we had not dreamt of. That is the sign of great design. It drew us in, it excited us, and we built our daughter's bedroom and our new lounge around the ideas Hemmy and Nima brought to us. We are used to telling designers what we want, finally we were told what we need and how to make it work in our newly remodeled home. Our daughter was studying in London and left with specific instructions, do not change my room. We started with two philia end tables, and designed the room around them. Travertine with rough on the outside, for one, rough on the inside for the other. We found a new bed, a new dresser, and a little couch that highlighted the amazing new end tables. We did the same in our lounge, beginning with a fabulous table from Archeia. We are so pleased with the rooms, but the real measurement came during the Christmas break. Our daughter came home, went straight into her room (that was to be left exactly the same), and she began to cheer. Even our daughter loved the end result. She customized the tables, putting her record collection in one and a plant in the base of the other. We added glass tops, as she spills, and she added her decor to her tables tastefully. Thank you Hemmy and Nima for bringing style and class to our old home, thanks even more for creating cheers of support from our teenage daughter.
