Ill definitely be a repeat costumer. The online ordering process was extremely easy. I received numerous updates about the delivery and even received a picture of the drop off. The best part was how beautiful the arrangement they delivered was. Thank you for making my wifes first day back to work so special.

beautiful bouquet prepared meticulously and delivered promptly. i couldn't be happier and the recipient loved it which is most important. I placed the order online but also called and spoke to professional gentleman who assured me everything will go seamlessly as I was a first time customer. will definitely order again!

I ordered flowers for a friend that was at Kaiser off Alton in Irvine through the website, website was easy to use and loved the arrangements that were posted. Next morning, I was notified that my friend was being released same day the flowers were supposed to be arriving. I made a very frantic call to the flower shop and left a voice mail message. I got a return call immediately from Irvine Florist marketplace and the nice lady told me that they would process the order immediately and deliver it right away. My friend got the flowers with 2 hours to spare before she was released, and the flowers did look like the picture on the website. My friend loved them, she said they were beautiful. This is what I call excellent customer service and going above and beyond. I will definitely be using Irvine Florist Market again!!
