I work with Cheri to get new carpets for my condo.  Tompkins is one of three "preferred vendors" for our HOA community.  The selection was good (certain flooring places in Anaheim have more), and the pricing was competitive.  A special shoutout to Cheri for her AWESOME service in working with my HOA to get the flooring specs, documentation approved.  If you follow the rules, this process is a PAIN.  Cheri was patient and took him out to meet the HOA management, and ensured that my selection met the criteria for approval.  Tompkin's carpet installation team was great as well.  Professional, efficient and got the job done.

After obtaining 4 estimates I can confidently say we highly recommend Tompkins Flooring. From start to finish they made the process so easy. The estimate with Cheri was thorough and pricing is competitive. The installers are true craftsman that make sure the job is done right. They communicate with you throughout the install period and show up when they say they will ... a rarity today. We couldn't be happier with our floors and the entire experience!

While other flooring companies had one reason or another why they couldn't pull it off, Cheri at Tompkins Flooring went above and beyond, and was able to get our flooring ready for a Monday pickup from a single call made on a Saturday....all while we were on vacation in Tokyo! Thank yoU!

This a great company for Vinyl flooring. One of my friends had referred me to them, and I directly worked with Rick during the entire time. Rick is phenomenal, and knows exactly what he is doing and is a respectful man. It took me a while to decide on coloring and the brand, but love the final product. Note that I ended up going with Paradigm brand and their Conquest line - Chateau color. See attached photos for real color installed to compare with website photos.I should mention that their subcontractor doing the installation, Cesar, and his team were an absolute beast and did a really fine job also. They were very understanding and accommodating.Rick was very helpful on pricing and cut us a really good deal too. I know this because I had spoken to several vendors and had received ridiculous quotes on the same line of material. If you have flooring needs, vinyl/hardwood/carpet, Rick is your guy! Save yourself from other vendors in the area and their greedy pricing.
