Jasmine was amazing. She explained everything to me in detail and made me feel comfortable about the decisions I was making. She left no questions unanswered. I did see some complaints from others about the unexpected visit, however, this has been something that has been hanging over my head over A long time and it needed to be taken care of. I can appreciate A visit such as this one.

My representative, Juan Amaya, was amazing! He was thorough , companionate and truly wanted to help us. He actually came to my home three times to follow up. Even my cat that doesnt like strangers loved him. When we had questions about anything during the process he would take the time to explain until we understood.
