Its hard to find words for how awesome Katie and Intertwined Events were for us. We hired Katie as a full-service planner for our winter wedding in the Colorado mountains, and she totally delivered! Katie was such a pleasure to work with throughout the year that we plannedshe was funny, thoughtful, sweet, and focused. She also took our vision for the wedding and found the best vendors to make that vision a reality. There were some communication issues with some vendors, and Katie navigated them like a pro. Im sure it was incredibly frustrating, but she was always upbeat and positive with us, and we trusted her to get us through any bumps in the road. Wedding planning can be very stressful, but Katie and her team helped take so much of that stress away from us! Everything came together so beautifully for our welcome party, wedding, and Sunday brunch. It snowed the whole weekend, which Im sure caused difficulties for deliveries and setup, but Katie and Amy gracefully handled everything so that the schedule ran smoothly. I am so grateful for all the hard work they put into not only designing our perfect cozy winter getaway, but also navigating tricky situations with other vendors and the weather. Being an Orange County based company, Intertwined Events does a lot of gorgeous SoCal weddings, but they can pull off anything. A snowy mountain wedding is pretty different from a sunny, coastal California one, but Katie totally nailed our vibes. Our family and friends still talk about how beautiful and cozy our wedding was. We even had venue staff comment to us how much our decor stood out to them. I honestly cant thank Katie enoughour wedding was exactly what we dreamed of, and it was all down to her hard work. If youre thinking about hiring them, whether your wedding is in Orange County or somewhere else, you will not be disappointed!! Hiring Katie was the best decision we could have made.

We were so fortunate to work with Intertwined for our wedding! We worked with Tori to plan our wedding, and Tori, Kayleigh and Jackie were with us on the day of. The Intertwined team is very helpful, responsive and supportive. They provided helpful resources and advice at every step of the process and truly helped make our dream wedding a reality! Tori was organized and patient, and she offered support when we needed it most. With our busy work and family schedules, it was so reassuring and comforting to know that Tori was there to support us throughout the process. On the day of, the entire team was fully engaged and ready to make our day special in every way. Thank you, Intertwined!!

Kelsey, Katie, Meghan and the team at Intertwined were wonderful to work with. We planned a Southern California wedding from overseas in London which had many challenges. We were so grateful to have Intertwined as our planners, keeping everything moving on the ground while we were 8 hours ahead (usually sleeping!). Im not very type A, which caught up with me in the weeks leading up to the wedding - but I knew not to stress because Kelsey had everything figured out and solved. I would message her - what about x, what about y? And the response was the same - dont worry, already solved. They were also an incredible design resource and took my ideas and mood boards and honed it to make it a beautiful cohesive vision. We had many last minute changes, and Kelsey and her team knew exactly how to respond and role with the punches. Planning a wedding is hard when you have other work + life responsibilities - I highly recommend working with Intertwined to make the process more enjoyable and easier.

We truly could not have had the wedding of our dreams without Kelsey Desprez and Intertwined Events. When we first reached out to Intertwined, we had one year to plan, a vision, and no clue where to start. Kelsey is so kind and easy to get along with, and honestly made the process a breeze. Throughout the wedding planning process, friends and family would ask if we were stressed out, and we could honestly say No! knowing that we were in Kelseys capable hands. Tasks that gave me anxiety just thinking about, she tackled in moments, and she was continually offering suggestions to save costs, be more efficient, and elevate our event. I gave Kelsey a few photos and general themes for inspiration, and she put together a beautiful vision board of design, rentals, and florals and made that vision board a reality that was better than we could have ever imagined possible for our wedding - so much so that when I saw the space on wedding day, I was completely shocked. I kept saying, I cant believe this is our wedding!) Not only is Kelsey and the Intertwined team amazing because of their individual skill sets, but they have spent the time and energy fostering relationships with the most amazing vendors which I am so thankful for. Kelsey coordinated with 5+ different vendors that not only brought our vision to life, but allowed us to keep costs down. She managed the execution of bringing everyone together day-of flawlessly, and we are forever grateful for her going above and beyond and keeping our vision and budget at the forefront of all decisions! Her guidance every step of the way re planning, timeline, process, even her advice on the officiant, ceremony logistics, bridal party duties, family duties, etc. was SO helpful. I really cannot say enough about how grateful we are and how much I recommend Intertwined to anyone planning a wedding or event. I dont even know where to begin, working with Intertwined and my planner, Kelsey Desprez was hands down the best decision I made during the wedding planning process. From the start, Kelsey was attentive, open, and warm. I'm honestly pretty type A but on my wedding day, I felt so calm in trusting Kelsey and her team to make sure everything went perfectly. I went back and forth on the vision I had for my wedding, and the Intertwined Team was so patient with me and walked me through all decisions to make sure I ended up with the most dreamy, gorgeous day. We even had a moment where we thought of moving our wedding overseas and Intertwined wasted no time in making sure we had quotes for those options too! Even after planning a wedding in California for months. We ended up having our wedding in SoCal as planned and it was phenomenal. Kelsey was available to me whenever I needed her, created a stunning design from the inspo pics and description I was thinking for my big day and then worked closely with her team and myself to turn it into reality. Kelsey also made sure we were within a budget that we were comfortable with and helped with any last minute changes along the way. I truly cannot say enough amazing things, this team is so incredible, focused, detailed-oriented, and communicative. I know wedding planners can be an expense, but it was SO SO worth it to have my day go so perfectly. The design ended up being more than I could have ever wanted and we got so many compliments. If you are thinking of hiring the Intertwined Team, do it!! You will not regret it.
