Nope! I just had the most frustrating phone call with their representative Matt, who couldn't let me complete a sentence without speaking over me, and spoke to be with such condescension, you would think I was speaking with the Governor of CA. He was rude, nasty, and unhelpful. I called to inquire about asbestos testing, of an already damaged area in my rental apartment, for which I am responsible for handling all maintenance repairs, and Matt refused to discuss this service since I don't own the property. I don't think Protera lab cares where a sample comes from. They're either a lab that can run a sample or they can't...or perhaps they're not an asbestos testing service at all. When I told Matt I have the right as a tenant to test this, he abruptly snapped that "there is no such law". I didn't realize that Protera Labs would have a licensed qualified attorney taking phone calls. Nasty, nasty business. Don't bother with them.
