Its good to know there are still a few rare individuals with integrity such as Stan Grombchevsky. In one of the most difficult times in my life when I was told I didnt have a case by a few attorneys and I was about to lose hope I was blessed to find Stan. Stan was aggressive when needed to fight my case but compassionate and understanding while listening to my concerns and answering any questions I had pertaining to my case. Currently, over 10yrs later and as we all know life happens, I had to reach out to Stan for a recent legal issue. I emailed Stan on a Friday morning right before Christmas which is a time most people are not focused on work or even at work, but Stan responded almost immediately. Although on vacation he took the time to respond to a former client, which says a lot about his character. After over 10yrs Stan made me feel that my request for his assistance was important enough to address right away which means a great deal when you are going through a difficult time. They will expect you to answer 20+ questions via emall, follow up with more detailed questions, tell you something obvious like don't make assumptions after you explain your hardship. Then send you 3 sentences denying your case without further details. Try at least 20 different firms before you waste time with this one.

I reached out to Harris Grombchevsky on the referral of a friend. I initially spoke with Shirley, who took the details of the case, and then to Stan Grombchevsky. Stan was a professional who immediately put my mind at ease. He thoroughly explained the process step-by-step and in terms that I could understand. He never pushed me to do anything that I wasn't comfortable with and let me take the lead as far as timing and how far I wanted to go with my lawsuit. He was always quick to return phone calls/emails and kept me updated throughout the process. His advice was reasonable and honest. He prepared me for all steps of the arbitration process and I never felt uncomfortable or unaware of what was going on. Although lawsuits are never a fun thing to do, Stan was a consummate professional throughout entire proceeding and made the process much easier. Shirley, the administrative assistant, was always pleasant to speak to and is also very professional. Highly recommend this firm, and Stan especially, for any employment law needs.

I initially spoke to Shirley on the phone, she was kind and compassionate. Darren put my mind at ease from the very get go. He is extremely smart, professional and responsive. He immediately strategized to figure out what the best course of action given my convoluted case and always always kept me apprised of what was going at all times. Darren was able to resolve my issues quickly in a very challenging situation. If you're looking for help with employment issues, try them first as they will do whatever they can to help you.
