Placed an order with my own Fedex account for delivery. They used it not once but twice to deliver my order back to themselves and when I asked for a full refund, they never did refund me. In my book, that's called stealing !!

Simply cannot deliver products on time. Showmecables despite promising the products would be shipped out the same day simply did not deliver and when I called back the customer service rep had an attitude and did not have the courtesy to apologize and told me I needed to talk to customer service if I needed a refund when he was more than happy to take my call and my order. Will not be dealing with them again.

I've ordered twice from this company. First time was a bit daunting to find the proper way to make a order.... however, the second time was extremely annoying every time i pressed a button that annoying chat box popped up also as I type my keyboard is covering up the text so I have no idea how many Grammer errors I have made!!

High quality, legitimate products at a good price and shipped quickly. An excellent choice for DIY-ers that need something better than what is available at Home Depot, Lowes, etc.
