They play the game for 2.5 hours and leave you on hold hoping you hang up! What a joke!

I'm disappointed with their service! It's frustrating how they often don't have the medications in stock, leading to long wait times. On three separate occasions, either my mom or I went to pick up our prescription, only to be told they didn't have it and to call our doctor to resend it. Additionally, there seems to be an excessive number of trainees on the floor, which further complicates matters.

I called them about my prescription. At least two store staff told me to hold. I waited for 12 minutes before someone picked up my phone.

This Walgreens pharmacy is dingy and feels aged and never very clean. The pharmacists are overworked and never very pleasant, and the pharmacy recently ran out of my inhaler prescription prior to refill with no notice on when it would be filled or any info on how to fill it at another location - an inhaler I rely on to breathe. I came here out of convenience but Im done with this place. Highly recommend swapping somewhere with better care for their customers
