Had a root canal, deep cleaning, and a crown here, staff were excellent and friendly. Sometimes I get anxious when I come into the dentist office but Dr. Talasila's calming presence set me at ease and made me feel comfortable without pain. It's also nice that they have the latest technology and X-Rays were quicker than the previous office I've been at. Whenever I asked questions, Dr. T and staff would explain thoroughly. Also, props to Albert for doing all the little things and making Dr. T's life easier. Overall, highly recommend Dr. Talasila and Culver Smiles Dentistry!

So, I wanted to wait to make this review because I hadnt received any treatments until today. I need a lot of dental work done which means a lot of money, even with good insurance. From the beginning, Kelsey at the front desk was very compassionate and empathetic when I was visibly overwhelmed. She let me know that they would work with me as best they can financially. It was very helpful. I was having a lot of pain, so they brought me in to prep the tooth until my root canal. Prior to this they had me on antibiotics so that the infection wouldnt spread. It was meant to provide relief but unfortunately due to the status of the tooth, the pain escalated (nobodys fault, just a bad tooth). I dont handle pain well. I called the office several times letting them know that I need something to happen about the pain. Doctor continued encouraging Tylenol and ibuprofen. Something stronger would have been nice but theyre the experts, not me. They did everything they could, but it got really bad. My pain was an 8 out of 10 the whole week when the OTCs wore off. I called very distraught and the entire office pulled together to help find a solution. You could hear in their voices they felt bad. Compassion is not an issue on this team. They all care very much and that is very apparent. They then decided to call around offices for me to find a doctor to perform my root canal faster. Mind you, this was Friday closing on end of business hours. This was on Friday and I just got it done this morning at their Fullerton location, and it was great. He numbed me right away and the root canal was done in under an hour with quality work. I have a lot more work to get done, but so far I am very happy with how things have been going. Thank you to all the staff here who work so hard to help. Its much appreciated. Would definitely recommend.
