        All the jersey Mike's I have been to for the most part do a great job on their sandwiches but their staff isn't always that great, maybe they should recruit some employees from In & Out (just saying) a little customer service goes a long way.

        I just visited this sandwich shop with my 8 year old daughter cause we love this place but the night was such a disappointment. After trying to order the club sandwich with bacon they said they were out so we decided to move out of the way and let others order as to not hold up the line. Once three people orders we came back up and the girl working named Aisha said they were closed and refused to make a sandwich for us even though we had been there for sometime. She said well you dont come up and they did. This was such a sad reflect where good help and hard work is found these days. The other worker named Alex was in the back he was polite but didnt say anything when he heard her refuse our order. The close at 7pm, we were in there at 6:48 pm and tried to order again once we got back in line at 7pm. We used to eat here 2 x a week but now not so sure we will.
