David Stein is an AMAZING attorney!! I had a temporary restraining order (TRO) filed against me and David took took my case within a week notice of my court hearing. I was an emotional wreck however David was extremely helpful throughout this nerve wrecking process and he always assured me that we had a strong case to have the TRO dismissed. David got the judge to DISMISS the frivolous TRO filing that was full of false accusations and claims from the other party. David Stein was so impressed with our case against the frivolous TRO he even helped assisted filing for attorney fees against the person that filed a TRO on me even though my case was DISMISSED. The motion for attorney fees was awarded and to be paid in the full amount by the other party. This was a double WIN WIN for our case because it was a frivolous case and many thanks to David Stein to being there for me throughout this process!! Even though the case was DISMISSED and over, David was always there for me through the entire ordeal till the attorney fee was awarded.
