I came in on 2/3/24 thinking just to get a mask, but I received the most incredible experience from Nessa. She went over every step of the facial cleaning process and made it relatable. I see a dermatologist and have never been provided this much information and such a beautiful experience. As a woman of color I felt seen, heard and educated. She even included my son into the discussion. Every Lush needs a Neesa.

Came here recently to spend my Christmas gift card, and had an amazing time. Anastasia was so helpful and knowledgeable, she absolutely killed it! She didnt make me feel pressured to buy anything, but gave me a ton of samples to make sure I liked what I bought. Ended up leaving with a revolutionized shower routine! 10/10 thank you Anastasia!

Employees here were very nice but trying to shop during a birthday party is a complete nightmare, half the store is roped off so you cant access the products and you have to do mobile checkout because the registers are blocked, its definitely not the employees fault because they were all doing their best but lush clearly doesnt have enough space to host parties here without ruining the shopping experience for the customers.
