T-Mobile Corporate Office

T mobile manager Woody M and James C were unprofessional and not helpful. I don't have a services in my area and I have been paying my phone bill most of the times talking to customer service and technical support every day. When I was offered by technical support to get a credit for it. I was refused to given by customer service manager. I am disappointed and there must be something done. This is rude and nobody cares to help customers. I was told to look for another provider. Wow. That is what I get for help!!

The only reason I given them one star so I can let anyone interested in their services know how they operate. On September 1 2023 I attempted to become apart of their services, at approximately 6pm them attempted to port my account, note was told this process takes about one hour.. September 2, 2023 at 8am using my daughters phone because my phone was still off!! Spoke with a couple supervisors and at 10am my phone was dead. I asked them to cancel and I contacted my previous provider and turned my phone back on.. On 9,16,23 they texted my daughters phone stating this is a reminder!! Your bill $ 135 is coming due. Note Ive called T. Mobile approximately (10) times each time after speaking to their supervisors, each assured me that it was canceled and Ill never get further correspondence. All lies , 10.10,23 I received a bill with a 7 dollar late fee..Im so frustrated I paid their bill and Ill be turning this matter over to our attorney. Be Aware !!!

I feel so betrayed by t-mobile, they agreed that I would pay including tax and fees $100 total a month for adding two lines to my account. We came upon that price agreement because at the time they had four iPhones and four lines with unlimited talk and text for $100 plus taxes and fees. I had to buy two new phones that cost me OVER $2,000.00. The supervisor who I spoke with for over 2 hours was Marr she said that she would adjust the bill monthly.She never once adjusted my bill the first bill I got was $140. That was November of 2022 Since that day I have every week called T-Mobile and after many hours on the phone got someone to actually do the research and prove that what I was saying was true. They said this would never happen again ......well about 15 supervisors have said that since and every month I get a bill for a price that I have never agreed upon. Now last week I had a supervisor say she would check it out and get back to me. She left a phone message at 3:00 in the morning Pacific standard time when everyone was sleeping and the only thing that was on the message was that there would be no more. Price Adjustments. Every week on my day off I spend most of the day trying to get my bill to where it was supposed to be and agreed upon with M a r r the supervisor that agreed upon that price .T-Mobile is a joke, they TRULY DON'T care about their customers. I started with T-Mobile back in the 90s originally contracted on the 1400 block of Santa Monica Blvd. Today I am going in to the Corporate Office on McGaw St in Irvine. ...By the way the phone number listed on line is No Longer In SERVICE!!!!!! I'm going to Make Sure That I Get The Price that I was promised by MARR back in the winter of 2022!!!!!! A FREAKING NIGHTMARE COMPANY!!!!!! Sincerely, Michael J. McKenna Jr. 09/07/2023.
