I didn't realize my personal training contract was a contract you can't just end when you want to do so! Also, due to the pandemic, I was out of work for a long period and was no longer able to afford the personal training part of my membership. Ask me if LA Fitness was willing to work with me to get this cancelled. NOPE! It was business as usual. They wanted their money.

They make it as difficult as possible to cancel so they can squeeze more membership fees out of people. Absolutely shameful.

The Whittier LA Fitness has a total disregard for the LA County mask mandate. You wear a mask to enter, then its whatever you want to do after that. I'm quiting. I'm 77 and don't want to take chances.

This is just me laughing at all the doorknobs reviewing the corporate HQ like it's actually a gym. The LA fitness platinum club gym next door is awesome, too.

Membership NIGHTMARE. The reviews regarding cancellation are TRUE. Wish I would have read them before joining. They re-started my membership 6 months ago without letting me know (billed to a bank account I don’t manage I did not see charges), added an annual membership fee to a combined total of ~$225 for a service I had not used a single time! SCAM!!! Beware everyone
