Very prompt service for an IT support company! Every time I call in about an issue with my computer, I am talking to a technician in seconds and the problem is usually fixed right away. Bravo to their staff!

I work for Fashion Furniture Rental and Next-It has been our IT support for almost a year now. This was the best decision we ever made, the onboarding was smooth. Next-It walked us thru every step and tech support is quick and knowledgeable. I appreciate that when they close a ticket, they explain what the issue was, so if it was user error, we can go back and train employees on what to do. We love there ticketing support portal and the fact that support reaches out in a timely manner. Thank you guys for taking over all of our IT needs, it's so refreshing to work with an IT vendor who cares and really wants to understand the needs of their client.

My computer is just like the day I bought it now. They would call me to get permission to do things that needed to be done before they did it. They took their time to tell me exactly what needed to be replaced They are reasonably priced for what you get and more. very, very, friendly.
