        1 star because I am disappointed with how the female barista made a full cup of ice for a light ice drink. attached is a comparison of 2 exactly same light ice drinks and the right one is also light ice. Its hard to believe that she replied oh this is how light ice look like. Wonder if I will get light ice if I order no ice instead :)
