This is the best jeans I have ever purchased. They absolutely stand behind there products and have the easiest warranty and shipping process.

I ordered six pairs of pants on December 17, 2023. They were shipped FedEx two-day delivery, and they got stuck in Memphis. This went on for several days. When I contacted Silver Jeans customer service, I was told the holidays had slowed things down. Two weeks went by with no communication, and the FedEx site still showed "Delay" in Memphis. On January 2, 2024 I received an email from Silver Jeans that FedEx had in fact lost my package. They were refunding me for two pairs that are no longer available, and re-shipping me the remaining four. FedEx seems to be the culprit here, but I would have liked more accurate and timely communication from Silver Jeans.

Customer Service is very helpful if you need it and that is much appreciated. I LOVE Silver Jeans and have purchased them for years. Very good quality.

When I had a delivery issue (not Silver's fault), they were very helpful, efficient and accommodating. I only buy Silver Jeans...they fit and look great, wear well and they're a Canadian company!

Still waiting since 11/11 for a return label and still not received one for later Tues low rise because they are not straight leg but no boot cut Yuck have 2 pair of your Tues low cut straight tight leg jeans from last year and love them these last 2 shipments are not what I have had or want I need a return label for the last 2 orders by Tuesday 11/21
