        Terrible customer service. My son bought a pair of trousers which turned out to be too large. He never wore them. Today he tried to exchange them for a smaller size (not return), and they refused. Said they need to see the receipt. He had a copy of the receipt on his phone, but they insisted on the original hard copy. Hellooooo . This is the 21st Century!!!
