Never again.  This review is not for the quality of the clothes but rather the policy of the store and their representatives.  I purchased two pairs of pants earlier in the week and wanted to return one pair.I had taken the tags off to go wash them. I then realized that this pair of pants did not have buttons for the back pockets, no way to secure them.When I got to the store I browsed around and wanted to pick up two shirts.  So I wanted to return one pair of pants and pick up two shirts.They refused to allow me to return the pants because it didn't have "the tag", like literally the paper tag that it came with. They said that because I didn't have the tag, that the pants cold have been worn (mind you, I picked these pants up on Sunday its' now Thursday). The truth is, the pants were not worn or washed, they were in fact still brand new.But because I didn't have a $.10 cent paper tag, they refused to allow a return/exchange.This is my last time buying anything from Louis Castel.  The representatives refused to make an exception, refused to come up with a solution, didn't offer to do anything to keep a customer happy.I just smiled and said ok, you have the worse store policy.  Louis Castel, you've lost all future sales due to your stupid policy, I had the receipt, the pants were returned in their original unwashed and unworn state but because it was missing the tag, you refused to honor standard return policies that every other store has.  Attached a sample tag for you to see.

This review is in regards to louis castel's return policy. Clothes are nice, we'll see how they hold up but their return policy sucks. I was unable to return a brand new pair of pants - unwashed and unworn because it was missing the paper tag. See attachment - tag from a shirt. This tag couldn't cost more than $0.10 but because of I didn't have it, unable to return the pair of pants. Never again. Louis Castel, you've lost all of your future sales from me.
