Heather is amazing! Her initial spine assessment set the tone for the rest of the treatment and she was able to pinpoint areas of the body that needed work, as well as talk through environmental impacts. She offered realistic recommendations to continue care between appointments (exercises and stretches) and was genuinely invested in my well being. Her countenance is very open and kind. Am so thankful to have found Heather and am excited to return and continue care for optimal health.

My doulas recc. Heather to me during my first pregnancy and OMG she was a game changer. I always got compliments at how great I looked towards end of my pregnancy, and honestly-I felt great! She also gave me parenting advice that I asked for, and was very helpful. She also adjusted my son when he was a few weeks old and then a few months old. I was able to deliver him vaginally as I had wanted to, and I think that Heather's help in making sure my baby was in the correct placement made a huge difference. I am not pregnant with my second child, and although Heather is not in network with my new insurance, I have decided she is worth paying cash to see her.

Dr. Carmona can really fix your lower back problems. She worked on my back spasms and I felt so much relief. It felt like I was walking tall again without pain. She also responds quickly when you need to schedule an appointment.

Dr. Carmona is so AMAZING! I am so glad I found her and took my kids to get seen by her. She is so patient and super sweet and knowledgeable!! I love how passionate she is about pediatrics chiro and that my whole family can be seen by her! I have a newborn and two toddlers and they had such a great experience with her!! My husband got seen as well and felt so much better after!! I am next for an adjustment and I can't wait!!
