I felt obligated to make this review because of how bad the wings I received were. The wings were extremely dry and had very tough skin. In addition, some of the flats still had other parts attached to it. I would honestly say that the wings were not edible. I also ordered fries that were extremely soggy.

I ordered 15 wings, with half mild and half Cajun flavors. It took a full 30 minutes before my order is ready. However, upon opening the box, I discovered that there was only one flavor present, and it didn't resemble either Cajun or mild--it tasted like buffalo. While eating, I unexpectedly found a blue plastic ring in one of the wings. Later that night, I suffered from a severe stomachache, likely due to the wings, which disrupted my sleep. My advice: Avoid this place if you're craving wings.

I got food from here on March 8th. Im not a fan but my wife is and $178 later we get a bulk family order. They messed up on the order and only gave us half. N the little they did give was wrong. Ironically, I got my food and my wife her voodoo fries (she loves these) but our kids didnt get their stuff. I didnt know what to check for in the bag because Im just picking up food. Theyve said several times theyd reimburse me, which has NEVER HAPPENED and we are now on 4/29. Ive talked to two managers n several employees n get yes, sir we put in the order to fix it. Horrible that customer service like this still exists. I should have taken names so I could add it. But this has never happened at any other wingstop shes ordered from. She loves it. But this is not Orange County treatment.
