Worse Toyota dealer EVER !!! They literally force you to buy their extended warranty base on FULL LIES !! No just have the worse customers service attitude but they never mentioned that the extended warranty only applies on their AutoNation group !! So if you move out of state you are screwed !! Definitely I DONT recommend this dealer AT ALL !! The employee at the finance department should be fired !!!

I have given dealer a couple chances to redeem themselves but they continue to prove all the bad reviews are accurate. I called in and got a quote to replace my 4 tires on my Tacoma. They gave me a good price so I had them order the tires. When I attempted to drop the vehicle of they said in order to get the tire deal then I had to purchase an alignment for them for $160. Ok no big deal I thought. The service advisor then handed me my estimate to sign and the price for each tire went up by $75 each tire. Seems like they were marking the tires up to cover the gap for the tire month discount. Huge waste of my time.

Very upset, purchased a vehicle back in April and now we are in September. Th dealership still has not registered it with DMV as me being the owner. I talk to the sales rep and his boss and no one is helping me. This is poor management and a bad look on the dealership. I hope upper leadership reads this.

This dealership is filled with scam artists. They took advantage of my time by putting it up on the lift and tried to nickel and dime me for an above average 18 year old car, and give me an estimate of 1/3 the price what my car was appraised for online. They made up the fact that my vehicle has frame damage, although it has never been in an accident, and I have had a PPI done on the car before. Beside that, they over-promised and under-delivered on the 30 minute inspection, that ended up costing me 1.5 hour of my time. Worst of all - not even complimentary water is available, while they milk you for your time. I wasted $100 of fuel coming down and 5 hours of my time Ill never get back. Tyrell was very kind and helpful, however the experience was nearly all negative. Thanks Autonation Toyota - Irvine, for leaving a horrendous first impression!
