This company was referred to my by a friend. I lost my job due to COVID 19 and had a great idea to jump start my new company but i had no idea where to start.
After my first transformation session it was clear James and his team know what they are taking about and what was so astounding was their strong partnership with Microsoft, Intuit, and much much more.
These guys and gals took my company from idea to production. I got my website up and running, email automation nurturing contacts and sales process in full swing.
And the price was seriously reasonable. I have to say they are truly the top web presence providers in Los Angeles metropolitan area.
Looking forward to there new product coming out soon.

James this next level of your program take the training wheels off and gets down & dirty into you inner why. You help answers the most request ask, How? How do I make money? This is at the heart of all customers and many fail to step up to answer this questions. My friend you have answer this questions which is refreshing.
You have done an fantastic job redefining the why we can not get to the How. No more silver bullets, no more wishful thinking just pure execution and iteration. I am glad I am still on this journey with you and your brother. I can't wait to find out what 2021 has in store.

Irvine Office
I had such a great experience I had to write about the Irvine Office. In my previous review I broke down Montfichet & Company's flow: you start the Atlanta office Marketing Agency division then you move to the strategic division in Irvine Office, and finally end in the mentoring coaching division in Irvine Office.
The strategic division of Montfichet is handled in the Irvine office where you keep the original team members working from your previous project while adding new ones to help drive the building of you plan. For my business our strategic focus was on building a lean strategy, plan of action, and clear action step to see results. For me I need to get clients PERIOD. So this transformation step was hard. It was not until I start executing the right sales step did I start to see immediate results. I had to put on the work and that is exactly what I did.
I put in the work and built a strategy, plan, execution process which ultimately solve future problems that I was not able to foresee. One major challenge was redefining my work ethic so I was not spend 13 to 16 hours on business development activities verses just 8 hours a day on mission critical task. James and Team are wizard at aligning the right technology (software) to implement into your process which automate routine task that drain your day and keep you from your family.
The strategic division is by far the most power aspect of Montfichet. I was able to build my Marketing funnel and connect it to my website without losing quality extremely fast. I was also able to clean up my brand, align to the right SEO and Local SEO technology to drive inbound leads. They helped me get on a real email account that empowered me to build stronger collaboration with my team of 4. They guided me to build a strong sales process leveraging virtual meeting technology that seamlessly integrating across my collaboration platform. And for the first time finally measure everything from when a prospect engages with on the website to upselling on new product and feature we plan to offer.
Our first month out the gate isolated our pipeline building process (which was none existent ) build our pipeline work the deals, got more demo session and closed 2 big deals. DAMN!!!!!
One thing that suck with me from this group was there moto, “You can solve a lot of business challenges with pipeline.” If you were like me when I first heard that it made no sense. Now I live and die by this moto and who knew. It freakin works.

After working no stop day and night on managing me business and working a full time job I realized I had to move up to the next level in the process with Montfichet.
When working with this team they do a killer job at explaining the necessary steps involve with creating, building and drive exception result from your business model. My biggest need was no work 16 hours days so I jump into the next phase of their strategic offering and built a lean strategy, plan of action and execution. I was able to move form16 hours a day to 10 hours day
Working with this team I was able to move from sixteen hours a day work week to ten hours day with weekend off work week. These guys are worth every penny. James and his team are highly skill consultants. I highly recommend them.
