I had the pleasure of working with Nicole Weiss. She was very helpful, attentive, responsive and guided me throughout the interview process. She found me via LinkedIn and we had a good conversation over the phone. After 2 days she already had me ready for a phone interview with the HR department of the company that she was representing wherein she gave me some good pointers before the phone interview. A day passed and I gave my feedback to Nicole and I mentioned to her that I thought I didn't do so well. She immediately told me that I was in for an in person interview. I was surprised but she had so much faith in me. It felt like she had known me for a long time and she said that she will help me prepare for the in person interview as well. We talked the day before the interview and I prepared questions that I should ask and she provided guidance on which questions that are best to ask. She also guided me on what topics and attributes of the position that I needed to focus on. The in person interview lasted almost 2 hours which included an hour of old school test with just pen, paper and a calculator. We waited for a couple of days since there were other strong candidates for the position. The results came in and I got "The Job"! It was all through hard work, research, guidance from my former mentor and a good support from Nicole Weiss.Lucas Group is a great executive search company to work with.
