They just got destroyed in court. After their client paid 15k... embarsment. I guess Japanese partners are not as tough as their name trys to say.

My company had a terrible experience with this law firm. It ended up with a sever judgment against us when we were initially the plaintiff! I don't recommend them and strongly caution anyone to hire this firm. All we got out of Payne and Fears law firm is " pain and fear!

Had a business dispute with a former partner of mine that needed to be handled. Had the pleasure of working with David Grant who took the time to familiarize himself with my case and most importantly was also very sensitive and sympathetic to the fact that I was working with limited resources. Long story short, the matter was handled outside of court in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend this place for all your business legal needs.

Richard has been super helpful in setting up our corporation and creating contracts for our newly formed LLC. He is always very responsive and helpful. We have dealt with other partners in the firm and they have been equally great.
