I just finished renovating my kitchen and bathrooms and I must say I wouldn't have able to do it without the help of Jennifer Quiroz at Pacific Sales in Irvine. Jennifer had so much knowledge about all of the plumbing items I needed. She was extremely patient and helpful. I had no idea what kind of valves, trims, etc. I needed for my faucets, shower heads, etc. and she made everything so easy for me. She's extremely hard-working and I'm very thankful for her help.

Mike Kaczmarek, took excellent care of us! Super follow up and he knows his stuff. Hes a ROCK STAR. He ordered us our entire bathroom!

The ABSOLUTE WORST. Do not buy from them. I bought a fridge and they delivered a broken (in multiple places) unit. Overall had to reschedule the delivery 3 separate times and each time take the day off work. Delivery guys are great but the company sucks and the phone support is extremely unhelpful giving every runaround in the book when it would be so easy to compensate for headaches like this by offering a discount or partial refund. Buyer beware, not worth wasting your time with this hassle.
